Coffeetable Books
I'm excited to receive these new books in the mail last week. I love that they not only are pretty displays in my coffeetable, they are lovely resource books for entertaining and home design.
This first hardbound book is a giveaway prize that I won from interior designer Tobi Fairley's blog. I've had long nights pouring over pages after pages of gorgeous pictures and priceless entertaining tips.

And more books. I just love the feel of crisp pages on my fingers and it certainly beats clicking an online magazine.

A Gorgeous Day Finally
Houston finally had a gorgeous weekend that started out with an early weather of upper 60s and ended in the low 80s. Can't complain. It's about time.
We didn't waste time and headed to the playground to take advantage of the pretty day. I hope we'll see more of these kind of days. I just checked my iphone weather and looks like we may.
